Young Logistics Leadership Program (YL2P)
The Young Logistics Leadership Program (YL2P) is a joint collaboration with NTUC U Associate and WDA to train and groom young logistics and supply chain professionals to assume future leadership in the industry. This 5-days program will allow participants to learn and acquire skills that will enable young professionals to succeed through engagement with senior industry professionals and veterans.
Who are eligible?
Logistics and supply chain professionals with less than 5 years of working experience. Candidate must be sponsored by their company to qualify for this program.

Paul has worked for more than 25 years in the retail, logistics and supply chain industry, gaining experience covering operations, business development, corporate and strategic management as well as IT and supply chain solutions. He started his career in Retailing in 1988 when he joined Isetan and has worked with various multinationals including TNT Worldwide Express, EGL Global Logistics (now known as CEVA), Menlo Worldwide Logistics and YCH Group, a Singapore home-grown logistics solutions provider.
Paul founded and launched Supply Chain Asia, and has been leading the organisation as a volunteer since September 2005. Supply Chain Asia is a community that brings logistics and supply chain professionals in Asia together to network and learn from one another. As a volunteer, Supply Chain Asia provides Paul with a unique avenue to connect with the industry, both for knowledge and community development purpose. Paul has a strong network with shippers in the logistics and supply chain industry through his role in Supply Chain Asia.
Paul is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA (with distinction), specialising in Retail Distribution, from the University of Stirling in Scotland. His favorite pastime is photography (he loves macro photography) and rides his motorcycle. Currently, he owns a Kawasaki Z1000SX and a Triumph Street Triple R. Always energetic and well prepared, he is a charismatic leader who is able to galvanize and motivate the eNS team to always strive for the best.

Mr Paul W. Bradley has been involved in international business throughout his entrepreneurial career spanning senior management positions in Fortune 1,000 companies, the creation of 7 start-up companies and the launching of two IPO’s. He has established new business entities in China, South East Asia, India and the US. Paul is the Chairman and CEO of Caprica International. He also serves on the Asian Advisory Board for the joint venture Avista Houlihan Lokey investment bank; Advisory Board of the Kairos Society for the ASEAN Region; Industry Advisory Board of the S.P. Jain School of Global Management; Global Alumni Council of Thunderbird, School of Global Management and Vice Chairman and Board Member of Supply Chain Asia.
He previously served as President of Arshiya International headquartered in India (publicly traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange) and as Managing Director of IDS International (a member of the Li & Fung Group of companies, publicly traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange). He also mentors new Tech Ventures. Mr. Bradley received his MBA Degree in International Management from the Thunderbird, School of Global Management. He was selected by the World Economic Forum as one of the forty "New Asian Leaders" at an award ceremony presented by His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan and was selected as “Asian Supply Chain Manager of the Year” by Lloyds FTB Publications in 2004.

A former Colombo Plan Scholar, Dr. Goh holds a Ph.D. from the University of Adelaide. In the National University of Singapore, he holds the appointments of Director (Industry Research) at the Logistics Institute-Asia Pacific, a joint venture with Georgia Tech, USA , Principal Researcher at the Centre for Transportation Research, and was a Program Director of the Penn-State NUS Logistics Management Program. He also used to be Director of Supply Chain Solutions for Asia/Middle East with APL Logistics, crafting logistics engineering solutions for major MNCs in this part of the world.
Dr Goh was a Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (Singapore), past Chairman of the Academic Board of Examiners for the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management, member of the Advisory Committee of the Transportation Resource Centre (NUS) and a past Vice President of the Operations Research Society of Singapore, Associate Senior Fellow of the Institute of South east Asian Studies. His other professional affiliations include membership of INFORMS, and the Academy of International Business. His biography appears in Who's Who in Asia and the Pacific Nations, Who's Who in the World, and Outstanding People of the 20th Century.
He has been involved in executive training for various key organisations in Singapore, for example, PSA Corp., MIS, SIPMM, PSB, J&J, Siemens Nixdorf, CIT, CAAS, Fuji-Xerox AP, Applied Biosystems, Danzas, DHL, Samsung, SembCorp Logistics, Exel, CEI and Mindef. Vijay brings over 25 years of hands on experience in the areas of Technology and Applications Solutions, Sales, Business Development, Alliances & Partner Management, Strategic Planning, Product Management, Outsourcing and Major Account Management.
Prior to Oracle Corporation, Vijay was part of SITA (Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques) for 8 years and has held several lead positions including Solutions Director for Asia Pacific and Airline Alliances, Major Account Director for leading Airlines, Airports, Aerospace Logistics & Government organisations.
Vijay is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a graduate degree in Science specialising in Physics (Applied Electronics) and an MBA from Canadian School of Management. He is based in Singapore and contributes actively in the Executive Committee and Board of Advisors at Supply Chain Asia.

Inge Veelenturf is Regional Supply Chain Network & Logistics Director – Asia Pacific & Africa at Kellogg Company. She is an experienced professional in international Supply Chain Management for over eighteen years, in Europe and Asia, for leading International Consumer Packaged Goods companies like Sara Lee, Kellogg and British American Tobacco (BAT). Prior to her current position, Inge was APAC Head of Logistics for BAT in Singapore. She re-joined Kellogg in 2014 in her current role.
She put a strong focus on the commercial side of the supply chain and driven the integration of the value stream cross functional internally as well with key customers and suppliers. She gets energized by working with multi-cultural teams, driving change management, bridging the different functions in the extended value chain and building new value-added capabilities to enable business growth.
Inge has been pro-actively engaged in industry platforms since 2000, with regional associations such as ECR Europe, AIM Europe (European Brands Association) and Supply Chain Asia. She joined the Board of Advisors for SCA in May 2015.
She has a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from the Technical University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Born in The Netherlands, Inge has been living and working in Asia since 2008, and is currently based in Singapore.

Jaya Moorthi is a supply chain professional with 20 years of experience in broad areas of supply chain and logistics. He started his career with Port of Singapore Authority for four years before joining Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific. In Port of Singapore Authority, he was in lead positions in vessel operations, yard logistics, shipping planning and worked extensively with various shipping liners.
In Hewlett-Packard, where he has been for the last 16 years, he has toured different portfolios ranging from production, postponement, international and domestic freight, as well as a host of others. He spent bulk of his career in HP with the Imaging & Printing Group, being the lead for managing the contract manufacturers and responsible for South Asia World Wide shipment into EMEA and Americas.

Koh Jin Kiat is currently the Regional Supply Chain Director of Harley-Davidson. Prior to this, Jin Kiat was the Operations Director, Asia at Reader’s Digest, where he was responsible for procurement, production, fulfilment, customer service and supply chain for Reader’s Digest’s B2C Asian operations. Prior to that, he was Asia Pacific Director, Global Automotive Solutions at Menlo Worldwide, a global supply chain management company.
During his tenure at Menlo Worldwide, Jin Kiat was also a pioneer of Vector SCM, a global supply chain 4PL joint-venture between General Motors and CNF, Inc., Menlo Worldwide’s parent company. Jin Kiat’s supply chain and procurement experience spans both B2B and B2C sectors in industrial and commercial environments, and has successfully reengineered processes and developed supply chain solutions for large multi-national corporations. Jin Kiat graduated from Nanyang Business School in Singapore with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing); and has an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK. He is also a certified trainer with the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualifications awarded by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of Singapore.

Roxane is the Senior Director Corporate Supply Chain (CSC) Asia Pacific for Infineon, the semiconductor manufacturer. She has been heading the organisation ever since 2012 and is based in Singapore with a team spread out over the Asia region. The CSC organisation encompasses function along the whole Infineon supply chain with either a regional focus like the warehousing or a global focus like the product planning. Beyond her role at Infineon, she sits in the advisory committees of SUTD Engineering System Design pillar and NUS Industrial System Engineering faculty and is Director of the Board for the Green Freight Asia association.
Roxane is French, graduated as an engineer with a major in solid state physics and recently completed and Executive MBA program at the China European International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. She started her career as Product Engineer/Program Manager within the Thales group, worked a few years in Altis Semiconductor as Front End yield manager, several years for Infineon China as Supply Chain Director. Prior to her current appointment, she was Director for Strategic Accounts at Amkor.
